Neki joj ne pridaju va\u017enost i smatraju da je to izmi\u0161ljena bolest 21. Stolje\u0107a. Prili\u010dno je <strong>ozbiljno stanje<\/strong> s kojim se bitno <strong>suo\u010diti na vrijeme<\/strong>. Javlja se kod ve\u0107ine ljudi, ali dok je na nekoj ni\u017eoj razini mogu\u0107e ju je kontrolirati, problem nastaje onda kad dosegne toliko visoku razinu da kontrolira osobu, a ne osoba nju.<\/p>\n<p>I sama sam se susrela s anksiozno\u0161\u0107u. Prolazila sam kroz ba\u0161 stresno razdoblje i cijela ta situacija se odrazila i na mene. Trajalo je to neko vrijeme, ali vidjela sam da to ne vodi nikuda i odlu\u010dila sam ne\u0161to poduzeti. Po\u010dela sam <strong>redovito trenirati<\/strong>, a samim time sam se i po\u010dela osje\u0107ati bolje. Terapija bez koje bi anksioznost mo\u017eda pre\u0161la i u neko puno ozbiljnije stanje. <strong>Dobro obrati pa\u017enju na to kako se osje\u0107a\u0161, nikad nemoj potiskivati ni\u0161ta<\/strong>. \u010cak i ako ima\u0161 neki zdravstveni problem, a pretrage ne daju rezultat, vrlo mogu\u0107e je da se radi o anksioznosti. Uo\u010di to na vrijeme, posjeti psihoterapeuta, ako ti jedan ne odgovara na\u0111i drugog. <strong>Nije sramota i nisi lud<\/strong> ako ide\u0161 na terapiju. To ti samo mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u suo\u010davanju s problemom.<\/p>\n<p>Svatko tko me poznaje zna koliko <em>\u010desto govorim da fitnes nije samo trening<\/em>, fitnes je i psihi\u010dko i fizi\u010dko stanje. Jedno bez drugog ne ide. <em>Trening<\/em> \u0107e ti pomo\u0107i da se osje\u0107a\u0161 i izgleda\u0161 bolje, a s druge strane tvoja <em>mentalna jakost<\/em> pomo\u0107i \u0107e ti da odradi\u0161 dobar trening, ali i da se lak\u0161e suo\u010di\u0161 s nekim stresnim situacijama koje su u zadnje vrijeme sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e. Nemoj zanemariti nijedno jer \u0107e\u0161 ulaganjem u obje stvari, u sebe, zaista utjecati na kvalitetniji \u017eivot.
