Ono na \u0161to je potrebno obratiti pa\u017enju kod odabira tenisica je odgovaraju\u0107i potplat, oblik i veli\u010dina, \u010dvrsto\u0107a te prozra\u010dan materijal.<\/p>\n<p>Ovisno o treningu koji radite potrebno je prilagoditi tenisice. Ako trenirate u teretani, idete na crossfit, radite HIIT odnosno ako naporno trenirate potplat na tenisicama trebao bi biti ravan ili s blago povi\u0161enom petom kako bi osigurao stabilnost, ali istodobno i fleksibilnost. Za takav tip treninga tenisica mora biti lagana, \u010dvrsto stajati na nozi i ne klizati se na podlozi kako bi omogu\u0107ila neometane izvedbe vje\u017ebi. Sli\u010dne njima su Reebok Nano koje ja nisam probala, ali imaju jako puno pozitivnih recenzija u fit svijetu. I kod ovakvih tenisica je va\u017eno da stoje \u010dvrsto na nozi i da su lagane te da imaju protuklizni potplat. Moje su Nike downshifter 6 msl, imam ih ve\u0107 6 godina.
