Znamo li pravilno disati? U ovom tekstu opisat \u0107u svoje iskustvo vezano za disanje prilikom treninga snage s manjim te\u017einama. Kod treninga snage prije napora je potrebno udahnuti, a tijekom napora izdahnuti. Bitno je da dubina disanja bude srazmjerna s naporom, da se ritam disanja prilagodi ritmu kojim se vje\u017eba izvodi.
